This is hard.  This is different.  I will use this as a diary - tell all, warts and all!!  Last week I watched  Fat, sick and nearly dead.  Got me thinking I can do that. A juice fast for 60days - how hard can it be?

Today I started.  I dont have a juicer - YET.  I went to Woolies and purchased some 'Reboot' juices to get me started.  I had 1 cup of coffee before leaving home this morning. At work I drank green tea, water and two juices.  By 1pm I have a screaming headace that i cannot budge.  i dont think  I am drinking enough water! I had a mandarin with lunch - missing chewing on something. try to do better tomorrow. 

Getting home presented a whole world of pain - meals to get ready.  I want to be careful about the eating messages that I am sending my 7yo daughter.  So I have made a decision that I will eat a meal at night.  This will consist of steamed green vege tonight.  To top that off my husband thinks I would probably weigh in at abpout 120kg.... I don't but that thought hits a nerve.  I have had hot water and lemon to drink - nice,  really nice.   Still have a gringing headache.  That is all for tonight.
